Request for refunds must be submitted to the Kane County ROE office 3 working days before a program is scheduled. NO refunds will be given after that date. All fees will be returned if a program is canceled.

The ROE processes all payments using PayPal. During this process you will be transferred to their site and all information stays encrypted.
